Explanation:
Just a suggestion really. The French seems a little pretentious and not entirely meaningful.

How about "To raise awareness of and provide information about the vagaries of strategy and of power relations, which are becoming increasingly overblown and destructive"? I know it's a bit literal and doesn't make a whole heap of sense, but then does the original?

"Divagations" might be a pleasant alternative to "vagaries".

It occurs to me that \"disproportionnées et destructrices\" could agree with either \"dérives\" or \"relations\". In the latter case, \"overblown\" is not a good idea. Maybe \"out of proportion\"...?
