Explanation: have had a brief think and an even briefer look on the net, and I think this should just about cover it. If "Beginners" is deemed to be too negative than my alternative option would be "low-impact fitness class".

or if the client is super-trendy of course, lo-impact (ughh!!)
Although I agree with a few of the other answers I have chosen to go with fitness class, in view of the fact that I didn't have a great deal of context.
Many thanks to all. 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer
Sorry Michelle, I didn't mean to offend. Hope I am forgiven. Laura tells us its blurb written for a leisure centre, from which I think it is safe to assume there is no sprirtual element...
Granted, many of the UK WEBSITES I saw which use the term "awakening" do have a "spiritual" or "holistic" focus. However, I do think Michelle's "awakening" or Uma's "awareness" are in the right register. "Fitness" seems much too bland to me.
Not sure the caustic tone was necessary, Marc, but I appreciate your lecture on the pitfalls of too hurried research. I do still think, however, the translation is a possible one for such a vague term.
#2 ditto with translation even worse if anything «you can be at Le Spa Bleu within 2 hours later»
#3 appears to be a very specific holistic treatment centre – not at all a standard leisure centre class .../...
as for your examples Michelle (and, with all due respect, which particularly sector of the sports field do you actually work in ?), #1 is clearly a French site, translation by we know not whom .../...
Is this specifically for children? or is this for adults as well?

getting in touch OR in tune with your body
Explanation: I always find this a bit tough, 'eveil' covers such a whole concept...
But maybe this would be appropriate for the register you have?
