French term or phrase: Brevet d'Etat des métiers de la forme
Hi, i'm looking for the translation of my Patent's term. I mean i'm fitness instructor and i have a "Brevet d'Etat des métiers de la forme". I can explain it as "National patent of fitness’trades"... but this way sound wrong! How it is known in Australia? What I have to write on my CV?

je profite de vos connaissances des langues pour m'adresser a vous, les polyglottes...
Y aurait-il qqn qui puisse me dire comment traduire en anglais, sur mon Cv, le nom de mon diplome...càd je suis diplomee BEMF, Brevet d'Etat des Metiers de la Forme. Plus exactement, je suis prof de fitness (cours collectifs, cardio, muscu...) dans les salles de remise en forme, les clubs de sport, les associations des mairies ou les foyers ruraux des villages...

Comme disaient les autres..."HELP, i need somebody...." lol

Sorry, as writeaway has pointed out, while this is what you are it is not the title of your diploma.
That would be "Certificate in Fitness Training"
