French term or phrase: (premier rang) touche
This is in a section of the contract regarding the visibility of X through advertising at games.

first row by the touchline
Explanation:
Only guessing but I can't think what else it would be.
Must refer to the first row of hoardings around the touchline, ie, the most prominent position for TV audiences.

on the sideline

Explanation:
I would simply write on the sideline, since there're no several rows of advertisements.

-> I know thank you! but this is the name of the line, I'm talking of the side of the field. You don't put ads on the touchline, let me know if I'm mistaken.

agree  catinthenet: .. 6x1m sideline advertising pannels..?
