I'm translating ski descriptions and am faced with a way of describing skis that I have never seen before. I am familiar with radius (rayon) and sidecut (ligne de côte) measurements, but this is new to me:

Polyvalence de courbes
Le pourcentage exprime comment est typé le ski (petites ou grandes courbes).
La ligne de côtes exprimée en mm indique la largeur du ski en 3 points (spatule / patin / talon).

Then, for each ski description, you have something like:

Polyvalence de courbes
80% petites courbes, 20% grandes courbes
Rayon 20 m
Côtes 105/85/95.

The only thing I can surmise is something like "turn versatily", the ski being shaped for skiers who will perform 80% small turns and 20% large turns.

I am thankful for any efforts at help, but would appreciate references if possible, as this is something that appears throughout the catalogue and needs to be as accurate as possible.
