Le contrat du joueur aspirant est celui par lequel un club à section professionnelle s’oblige à donner ou à faire donner une formation professionnelle méthodique complète puis continue, en vue de son éventuelle reconversion, à un joueur s’obligeant en retour à travailler pour lui, le tout à des conditions et pendant un temps convenu.
