French term or phrase: Vestiaires levée de rideau
These are tender documents for the new Marseille Velodrome. This section lists the types of areas it will have. One of the areas is “Vestiaires levée de rideau”.
I know what all words mean but I can’t work out what they mean together as a phrase. Can you help? :-)
Many thanks as always :-)

call room
Explanation:
Life's too short, alas, to read all 158 pages of the IAAF web-doc referenced below, but it quite possibly refers to changing rooms used by athletes while waiting to perform (as distinct from those used later when they are hot and sweaty) and those used later still prior to appearing refreshed before the TV camaras.
See section 4.1.1.1.4. here:

The other suggestions are close but not quite there. And by the way, "green room" only ever refers to 'live' TV shows, nothing else.

agree  Tony M: (and note to asker: 'green room' also very much refers to the theatre, too!)

A completely wild guess. Maybe more context would help.

Just wanted to add "last-minute changing rooms", when I saw Ton'y comment, which would seem to go along with this,
