Hi. Another passage from the air race text.

"Les contradicteurs attendus incluent l'Allemand XXX et le Roumain YYY, qui se voient bien piquer les places d'honneur aux favoris."

I'm looking for the right, natural translation of "attendus". Somehow, "expected opponents" sounds weird to me. TIA.
