I can't seem to figure out what they mean by "relâcher la contrainte":
Le dossaret possède un appui lombaire réglable en hauteur pour s'adapter à la hauteur de buste de l'utilisateur :
Ne pas déserrer la vis de fixation centrale.
Plier légèrement la partie horizontale vers l'avant pour dégager les crans de réglage.
Faire glisser la plaque d'appui à la hauteur désirée, en procédant à des essais avec la bouée avec et sans bouteille.
RELACHER LA CONTRAINTE.

| | flap | Explanation: I'm guessing they may be talking about the (velcro) flap/tab that you pull forward to get to the height adjuster. Once you pull the flap forward, you can adjust the pack height to suit, then refasten the flap to hold the required position.
This is the system used on many internal-frame backpacks. |
