Not sure how GMAO should be translated, I am aware that it's "computer-aided management and manufacturing", however I'm looking for something better. In some places the format of the document doesn't allow such a long phrase (and I can't abbreviate as CAMM, since this is the name of a company). Other input would be greatly appreciated...

Thank you for the detailed answers! However, upon consulting my client, they decided that "CMMS", "Computerized Maintenance Management Solution", was best. I haven't found this translation anywhere else (yet), but it does seem quite good.

Hello. You can use the same abbreviation. Or the long version, both on link 1: "GTD systems and software engineering. ... Maintenance studies for our clients. Installation and starting-up of computerised management systems for the maintenance of industrial systems (GMAO). " But then someone else called it differently in 1995 (link 2): "Data processing (windows 95), November 1996 Formation on GMAO (maintenance attended by computer)". I'd gp for the first one myself.
