|French term or phrase: architecture carrée|
It's about servers. They talk about 2-tiers, 3-tiers rackable, and architecture carrée ?? What is it PLEASE?
|English translation:racked my new computing dictionary and sorry, no go.|
But it certainly does occur to me that desktop computers originally had squarish CPUs before the towers came into fashion. Right now, IBM has come up with a perfect (flat) square of the older silhouette. Its a exclusive design and patented (only IBM can use it), but is this what your text refers to? It also needs a special hard disk not available elsewhere.
