Here's a construction I haven't come up against before:
"Il est toléré que plusieurs sessions d'exploitation indépendantes programmées à des heures différentes se chevauchent partiellement du fait d'une surcharge de la machine serveur."

In other words, the overload may slow down transmission and cause the end of one session to overlap slightly with the beginning of the next, but that don't make no never mind
