|I preferred "light-coloured" to "bright", as "bright" can be slightly misleading - i.e. fluorescent pink, etc ...|

Since they are worried about luminosity later, perhaps bright is a better bet here..
I'm not sure about cladding - isn't it only used for exteriors? ...or suggest panels fixed on?
