French term or phrase: analyse organiques
Recevoir et interpréter les besoins d'affaires et analyse organiques
tanya
English translation:structural analysis
Explanation:
or structural analyses

"organiques" is a plural and this would indicates that it agrees with "besoins", (it is sometimes nice to have gender and number agreement for adjectives, even if it makes things more complicated!)

However for my slow, and limited French mind this sentence makes no sense, so I believe there is a typo error : "organique" should agree with "analyse". I'll start from there

considering the necessary internal consistancy of the sentence, organique must be here understood as internal/structural (This comes from the noun "organe" that represents as well physical organs than structural entities).

However the sentence stays somewhat ambiguous and I would add something to link both sides of the sentence. In fact the grammatical construction is not quite correct and I'll propose to understand it either as:
"Recevoir et interpréter les besoins d\'affaires et en effectuer l'analyse organique"

This would be
Receiving and evaluating business needs and conducting structural analysis thereof.

Or the other possibility would be
"Recevoir et interpréter les besoins d\'affaires et les analyses organiques"
In this case a translation could be

Receiving and evaluating business needs and structural analyses. (note: analyses not analysis !)
However this last interpretation leaves a small possibility to interpreting "organique" as "organic", but I am very doubtful about that.

line analyses, (company) structural analyses

Explanation:
I think in this case it's not about chemistry (note the accompanying reference to "besoins d'affaires"). I think it's organisational analysis of the company : see defn . below from Gd. Dict. Term:

"Organique: Déf. :
Se dit d'une personne, d'un organisme exerçant une activité qui concourt directement à l'atteinte des objectifs explicites de l'organisation, de la délégation d'autorité sur des personnes dont jouit cette personne ou cet organisme et, par extension de la liaison reliant un chef à ses subordonnés et de la structure constituée par l'ensemble de ces liaisons"
