In the fields of economics, financial and accounting, I would generally prefer "trend" for "tendance".
As to "yc", whilst "year current" sounds possible, I'm not entirely conviced as logically, it would be "cy" (current year).
Migyht Yc not be referring to graph coordinates, or lines on a graph which illustrates your text?
