The company is called Ecrin Systems and under the tab Solutions and Products at the top of the page you will find on the left side of the page Ecrin Products. From there with the information you have in your text you should be able to find the correct term.

ecrin translates as "box". Box is the word they use in the trade for "unit". Verified by my husband who works within this field. Hope this helps.
