I understand this to mean customers who are not bound by a minimum contract period, but don't know what to call it. |

Sorry, postpaid and not post-paying!
Most of the main mobile operators world-wide have been offering prepaid price plans for customers, as an alternative to the traditional postpaid (contract with monthly subscription) plans.
