Tech/Engineering - Telecom(munications) / TV journalism
French term or phrase: coordinateur d'échanges
From a presentation on the media in the digital age. It's in a list of journalistic "métiers" involved in TV news. Also on the list are video journalists, writers, meteorologists, and "prévisions" (?). There are very few Google hits for the expression - just one (I think) related to journalism: coordinateur d'échanges nationaux et internationaux. It is perhaps someone who acts as a liaison with other groups. I couldn't find anything similar on TV journalism job sites. Seems closest to communications or public relations, but I may be missing a more specific term in English.

Thanks for any help.

coordinateur d'échanges
(News)Liason coordinator

Explanation:
This is difficult as it means to exchange or give something in return but swap coordinator seems odd.

agree  Susana Magnani: I would just use the word "liaison" by itself, but liaison coordinator could also apply.. i guess! quite weird...
