French term or phrase: attestations de références
This is a bulleted item following a paragraph in which a bidder is asked to provide a supplier reference list. Could this refer to the same list or does this refer to something more, like "letters of reference"?

letters of reference / reference letters
Explanation:
It depends on the context - are there other bulleted items of things they need to provide? If so, I would say letters of reference (or reference letters). If it is the only item, more than likely it refers to the above paragraph. Can you post more context?

Ok, after reading that, here's what I think - it is referring to the paragraph before, but I would say it is both the supplier reference list, as well as reference letters, since the second paragraph of Article 12 requires them to provide customer testimonials (reference letters). Article 14 seems to be suggesting how to put the document together. For the bullet point, I would suggest "supplier reference list and testimonials."

Hope that is helpful!
