TBCD is Telefoniy BCD). BCD is Binary Coded Decimal, this is every figure is coded individually and put in sequences.
The normal hex code is differently. Examples:
12 = C in hex, 1011 in binary and 12 in BCD (0001 0010)
17 = 11 in hex, 000 0010 in binary and 17 in BCD (0001 0111)
My be transformed to 21 (0010 0001) and 71 (0111 0001) in TCBD
