agree  Jeffrey Lewis: Va pour "respected", but that may be a bridge too far for the company...

agree  MatthewLaSon: I prefer "internally-speaking, well-respected job". Best to avoid "esteem" as it sounds awkward in English in this context.

considered valuable by management

Explanation:
...a job that has enough variety, that is considered valuable by management (or by the front office)...

What job is this, after all. For people in this job, it's supposed to mean something if their supervisors consider their work important to the firm, etc.

assessment

Explanation:
Il s'agit en fait d'évaluation du travail et je traduirai la phrase "qui bénéficie en interne de la considération" par "which is internally positively assessed"

or again "which is subject to an internal positive assessment". I even prefer this last translation to the first.

a well-respected job

Explanation:
Hello,

I believe that "bénéficie de la considération" literally means "to acquire advantageously respect". I'm almost sure that "considération" means "respect" in this context.

df49f is definitely on the right track here, but it would sound awkward in English to say "a job which acquires/benefits from respect" ("benefits" is out of the question here in English).

Hence, one needs to word the sentence in a way so the sentence won't sound awkward in English. You can't follow the same word in French as the English translation would sound awful. LOL.

So, those recruited will be working in a job that is well-respected (advantageously acquires/benefits from respect, literally-speaking).

I hope this helps.
