Tech/Engineering - Telecom(munications) | | French term or phrase: batch déclaratif | | In a contract regarding services to be provided by a contractor to a mobile phone operator, I have the following clause: Si la demande de batch déclaratif n'a pas été lancée dans les délais imposés dans le processus annexé, une pénalité de xxx euros sera appliquée au titulaire". I'm afraid I do not have any more context as this is a stand-alone clause. Hope it makes sense to someone!! |
