French term or phrase: B.E.T. Fluides
hello

This is a health and safety document concerning IT and telephony installations. I know that B.E.T. stands for (Bureau d'Etudes Techniques) which is fine but I'm perplexed by "fluides"??? The expression in question is one of the headings in a "General Information" List at the start of the document, the other headings are things like "Assigned Contracting Authority", "Technical Management", with space to write the person/company's name under each heading.

I often come across this in architecture & construction documents.
I'm not sure quite how it fits with your context though.

agree  xxxBourth: Even if IT, there will still be water supply, toilets, possibly gas heating, air conditioning, etc., in addition to electricity in the building, which all comes under "fluids".
