From my notes:
Réglette Fluorescent light and/or strip lamp fitting; "floating" multiple socket left under false floor for retrieval at a later date (involves cutting opening in floor), trailing socket outlet, distribution board; terminal strip, connection block (for telephone systems, on the distribution frame)
However, I can't help wondering if there has not been an "offset" and your text is not supposed to mean "frame and racks". Context might tell.
