I thought it might be 'programs' but I'm just guessing. Any input much appreciated.

I guess the 'campagnes' might be the data relating to marketing campaigns or something similar: but your quoted context gives no clues about that.

Well it's really just speculation, but hopefully the rest of your document might provide more clues as to what these mysterious 'campagnes' really are.
My main point really was that you need to separate your original question term into two: "la migration des campagnes" is one unit, followed by "de la solution actuelle".

Asker: I never quite looked at it that way ... that it might be marketing campaigns .. but it does make sense
Asker: Unfortunately, the rest of the document does not give any indication as to what these campagnes could be and this is the only section which mentions the migration of data but the more I think about it, the more your suggestion makes sense - I don't see what else it could be.
Explanation: Having worked for a few years with video and telecommunications installations, I can offer an informed guess. The use of "campagne" is I believe an applicaton of the idea of country or countryside, hence territory, not campaign. The "solution" which shows up in google searches in both French and English if you look for " 'de la solution' communication" is a communications package, which is a new kind of interface of systems. The term "solution" in this case is used both in French and English. See the link I posted for the dual language use of solution. It is used as a technical term, not in the more normal sense of let's find a solution. Maybe package could also be used, or something akin to that.

The reason I suggest "territory" is the context, "migration des campagnes de la solution actuelle vers la nouvelle Solution." Maybe domain would be a better term than territory.
Ofcourse the larger context could give a different meaning. I think domain is better than territory, if it works in context. Here's a link http://www.thefreedictionary.com/domain. My 1966 Funk & Wagnalls dictionary brings domain into a closer equivalence with campagne, "A territory over which dominion is exercised, as by a sovereign, realm."
