This is from a CCTP for the installation of a mobile phone network - this section concerns the accessories for antenna installation:

"kits d’infrastructure en profilés en C de 35x35mm" is really bothering me - I thought it might be a 'c-shape mould' or form, but I;d really be guessing...

agree  Tony M: Ordinarily, i'd have been tempted to suggest these might be ali extrusions, but there isn't enough detail in the context to be sure about that
