A la fin des opérations, l'ENTREPRENEUR transmettra au MAÎTRE DE L'OUVRAGE un BON POUR MISE EN SERVICE attestant que l'élément est prêt pour la MISE EN SERVICE. Dans un délai de 8 (huit) jours à compter de sa réception par le MAÎTRE DE L'OUVRAGE, celui-ci devra retourner une copie signée de ce Bon à l'ENTREPRENEUR portant éventuellement les réserves précisées qu'il estimera nécessaires d'être levées avant le début des opérations de la MISE EN SERVICE.
