Enza, there is not much context here but I think INDEX refers to a data base reference such a customer name or some other field...I think the index might be the IDENTIFIER....without knowing what index refers to, this is practically impossible...in any case, reclamations sur index tarifaire is sone kind of complaints from customers about rates and regularization could be re-establishing service to a customer. A la marge: means those two cases will be dealt with in another way. outside of the way the rates complaints and service renewals or re-establishments are dealth with....

Jane - I don't know if you've seen the note I posted - anyway, I'm done for the night and finished this particular bit. The project is still ongoing and I get bits and pieces at a time which makes it even more difficult ! I'm sorry I accepted it now. Just want to thank you for all your help, as well as the other Prozees for guiding me throught the muddy parts. A BIG THANK YOU!
