French term or phrase: PF NFC
Le cahier des charges présenté dans ce document a pour but de décrire le besoin de gestion de compatibilité d’un service NFC avec le mobile du client au niveau de la PF NFC de [name of mobile telecomms company]

I am wondering if the 'PF' in the sentence above is a technical abbreviation or whether it could stand for something else... there are no clues in the rest of the doc and the client is unreachable at the moment.

It appears again here:

Cette nouvelle version du cahier des charges (CdC) présente les besoins cible en termes de gestion multi-terminaux sur la PF et sollicite [company name] pour évaluation des deux solutions techniques envisagées. Le contrat d’interface entre la CPI et [company name, NFC service manager] est mis à jour avec l’introduction d’une nouvelle requête pour mieux gérer ces use cases.

I would be most grateful for some clues if anyone has any as I really can't figure this out...although I am sure it will turn out to be something totally obvious!

NFC Platform


Explanation:
After a quick articles review on internet, the accronym "PF" is used for platform. The misunderstanding might be due to the abbreviation used in french text. The french articles talking about NFC technology uses the whole word "platforme".
