Tech/Engineering - Telecom(munications) / hotel telephone rates
French term or phrase: impulsion
The document is a hotel fact sheet available in rooms for guests. Under the heading "TELEPHONE" are instructions for making calls, and then:
Tarif : 0.17 € / *impulsion* (tarifs base 2011)

I haven't come across this before and I can't seem to find other examples on the net. I'm sure someone knows the correct term in English! Thanks for any help you can provide.

unit
Explanation:
Literally "pulse" (and I've seen it translated that way in hotel rooms), but we say "unit" in English.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Yes, I found pulse in all my dictionaries but I was fairly sure it couldn't be that! Thanks Phil.
