This to me, sounds/looks quite bizarre for a patent

“afin que le transfer d’un signal vers l’autre se fasse au rythme de la modulation numérique de l’onde incidente, le milieu et les moyens de pompage optique sont determines de sorte qu’un seul mode proper ne sature pas l’absorbant tandis que la superposition des deux modes propres le sature.
