French term or phrase: L’approvisionnement du réseau d’accès
I believe this is the name of a division within a telecom company.

"L'approvisionnement du réseau d'accès est à la recherche d'un candidat..."

Would it be "Access Network Supply" ("...is looking for a candidate to fill a position...").

I've seen the French 'title' (if it is such) in resumes and job descriptions online but I haven't found an English equivalent.

Network service(s) provision


Explanation:
I think service or services is better here. Companies like BT and AT&T are known as Network Service Providers (or NSPs). Network access points (NAPs) seem to have a particular function (see the weblinks below) and it may be wise to avoid any confusion of the two terms.
