Traitements particuliers:Dans le cadre du formatage externe vers le SI aval SIO, des traitements particuliers doivent être réalisés.


I believe aval is translated as downstream but I'm having problems fitting it in so that it makes sense.

Explanation:
it literally means that BUT it could be a reference to a TIMELINE...and you have to be careful with upstream/downstream in English. Sometimes the use in French does not apply in English even though the word exists in some technical/corporate enviornments

Is the only way I can unravel it, though we need to know what SI and SIO stand for to know if this could make sense or not.
