neutral  Tony M: Probably fine for the first 2 terms, but have grave doubts about the last; 'cement duct' -- maybe, but this sounds maybe too context-specific to be right; 'obstructors' sounds all wrong, maybe 'blanking plates OR plugs', but depends on their exact form...

  -> "cement" was given by the dictionary, but in my opinion other materials may work, too.
