post? I would say telephone or unit....the English doesn't seem to use the phrase pick-up. but you could add it..

the main thing in English seems to be the autodial ...like in these examples:

agree  Tom Bishop: Yes, definitely autodial but not necessarily emergency. I use one a few times a year that summons a lock-keeper to operate a lock.
