Here is the context, I know the answer must be simple, but for some reason I'm stuck.

La voie d’accès à la place étant une voie pompiers, partagée avec la Chambre de commerce de Paris, aucun véhicule ne doit stationner dans cet accès. Les exposants doivent décharger-charger très rapidement leurs véhicules sur la place basse et évacuer l’endroit immédiatement après le déchargement ou le chargement.

Why not just use this as I'm not sure that translating 'place basse' will be of any help. It's highly likely that there is just a signpost indicating Livraisons/Deliveries on the square.
