Phoning up such places can be an excellent shortcut, but you have to be careful about revealing who you are as it would very likely constitute a breach of your contract with the translation agency, assuming there is one.

I quite agree, to me the meaning cannot be related to keys (BTW on the website there is no accent on the E). And as it it capitalized, I understand it as an acronym
