French term or phrase: "Programmes-vacances" mis en place par les comités d'entreprise
I'm not even sure how we put it in French...

What I'd like to put in English are those holiday programs (abroad, on the seaside, ...) that some Companies / Works Councils put in place for their employees...

How do you call such programs ?

Thank you so much for your help !

English translation:company (-subsidised) excursion/holiday/trip OR annual works trips
Explanation:

not sure if you want current (present) or old (past) expression

"annual works trips/excursions" is from the past and most of these were not just organised but subsidised or paid for entirely by company

some companies still organise/subsidise excursions and holidays which are usually just called "company trips" or "excursions" or, as Gilla says, outings

company/works outings organised by works councils

Explanation:
In the past these would certainly have been called "works outings" in the UK at least. It does have a b it of an old-fashioned ring to me now, but I think this or company outings is still used.

Corporate holidays / incentive travel

Explanation:
These two alternatives can also be joined together to describe the fuller picture.

Example sentence(s):
  • "Here at the corporate entertainment and incentive travel company Team Holiday we specialise in creating custom-made corporate activity breaks designed to motivate, inspire and instil team spirit amongst the participants. "
