French term or phrase:"Programmes-vacances" mis en place par les comités d'entreprise
I'm not even sure how we put it in French...
What I'd like to put in English are those holiday programs (abroad, on the seaside, ...) that some Companies / Works Councils put in place for their employees...
not sure if you want current (present) or old (past) expression
"annual works trips/excursions" is from the past and most of these were not just organised but subsidised or paid for entirely by company
some companies still organise/subsidise excursions and holidays which are usually just called "company trips" or "excursions" or, as Gilla says, outings

Not sure what you want exactly. But you might say "we went on a works outing". Or "works outings were organised for employees". Is that the kind of thing you want?
I'd like to add that I'm more interested in the phrasing actually used rather than a word-for-word translation...
Thank you Gilla for your proposal which I wouldn't have thought of !
Since you've heard it, how would you use it if you were benefiting from such a program ?
Once again, thank you !

company/works outings organised by works councils
Explanation: In the past these would certainly have been called "works outings" in the UK at least. It does have a b it of an old-fashioned ring to me now, but I think this or company outings is still used.
Explanation: These two alternatives can also be joined together to describe the fuller picture.
Example sentence(s):
"Here at the corporate entertainment and incentive travel company Team Holiday we specialise in creating custom-made corporate activity breaks designed to motivate, inspire and instil team spirit amongst the participants. "
company (-subsidised) excursion/holiday/trip OR annual works trips

"Company trip" sounds simple but the most appropriate for what I meant I guess...
