A lot of good suggestions. I chose this one because it is very idiomatic, and fits the context well. Thanks to everyone.

agree  Jeux de Mots: Yes, but not sure about choice and options in the same sentence - perhaps a wide range?

-> Thank you for your kind feedback! I like "wide range". I was also thinking of bypassing this altogether and saying : "an abundance of accommodation options". But the alliteration might be a bit heavy.

agree  juliebarba: Agree with Jeux DM, and prefer wide range, but think that accomodation works well

a (broad/good) variety/selection of accommodation to choose from

Explanation:
I think this would be a more natural way of expressing it in EN; I really do think it is important to add in the 'accommodation', just to make it clear right from the start of the sentence; FR loves the word 'establishment', but it often sits awkwardly in EN.

Personally, once you have said 'variety', I don't think you need to add the 'broad' or 'good', but the option is there — I rather feel that 'good variety' conveys the sense of the original better.

I was going to suggest just 'selection', but again, there is the problem of 'selection ... choose from' — though actually, I think this way round it is acceptable.

I totally agree with P/G's point about making it less FR, and my suggestion could be worked in as "C.T. has a good selection..." or "There's a good selection... in C.T."
