Une agence réceptive appelée également réceptif est une agence de voyages ou un organisme local qui se chargera d'accueillir des individuels ou des groupes organisés lors de leur séjour. Souvent les voyagistes proposent des circuits ou des prestations qui en réalité seront pris en charge sur place entièrement par ce type de sous-traitant. Certaines agences réceptives s'occupent aussi d'acheter les contingents pour les tour opérateurs auprès des hôteliers.
