Given in brackets next to School of Hotel Management in list of planned higher educational establishments in a Moroccan region. The only thing that occurred to me is that it relates to hotels, in particular those at travel terminals, e.g. if relating to tourism there.

oui c\'est une école d\'hôtelerie qui accueille des vrais clients pour les loger et les nourrir, les élèves assurant le service (encadrés par des professionnels) en plus de leurs cours théoriques

Terminus est un nom classique pour un hôtel (historiquement situé près d\'un relais ou d\'une gare)
