French term or phrase: blocage
I understand what this means but I'm not sure of the correct term in English. The other entries in Proz don't seem to be suitable. Here is the full sentence:

Les articles avec un problème de colisage (PCB erroné, problème de marquage) doivent être montés en stock avec un blocage pour la préparation.

halt

Explanation:
Not sure how well this fits overall, but I'm thinking along the lines of "...and a halt put on preparation", or "...and preparation (is) halted".

with a ban on order picking

Explanation:
perhaps?
préparation being "order picking
I presume it so the pickers don't touch the articles concerned

Perhaps it has a name like "an X label"

sticking an X label on them - but that is just conjecture
