Explanation:
To be honest, I don't think 'unit' is that bad since it seems to be referring to the entire apparatus, not just the casing which is how I usually read 'boitier'

You could also use 'box' I suppose

Another idea might be to call them 'options' since it's two products in a list.

I'd call it a box, it makes complicated things sound simple, boîter refers to the case not what the gadget can do, "it's just a box", it's like calling a fibre optic cable a pipe...
