unballasting


Explanation:
This was my natural instinct when I saw the term but then when I read the text I wasnt sure anymore.

I've heard unballasting and offloading be used for cargo in the past.

I hope this helps a bit.

The other word I though of for délestage was 'advisory deversion' which I recently used in an article regarding traffic circulation. I doubt that this is useful, but I thought I'd let you know.
