I actually typed a long msg here but for some reason it did not appear. Here goes again:
the first "branche du moyen" argues that the Court of Appeal breached two articles of the New Code of Civil Procedure. The second says that the decision appealed against is vitiated by the lack of a clear legal basis and the third that the decision denied the defendants the benefit of the limitation of liability provided for by the London Convention on Maritime Claims.
