I understand that for each shipment X must receive copies as early as possible of customs documents with corresponding invoices. In this case, the forwarding agent furnishes invoices but the forms were first supplied by X. I don't understand the 'ayant permis;' the contract of course permits the drawing up of these documents... what exactly does it refer to?
