I'd like to give points to everyone because I think that all these ideas are contained in the concept, but I feel that what we have here is one element in a schedule of dispatches or deliveries. Many thanks to all for your suggestions and research.

dispatch

Explanation:
Makes sense that a number of items on a given date could be a "dispatch". And the following possibly suggests where the term comes from ...

COP/CQD
Coutume du Port/Cadence selon coutume
Custom of Port/ Customary Quick Despatch
Aucune garantie de disponibilité de poste ni de cadence donnée par l'affréteur. Il s'agit cependant d'une obligation de moyens

Given the reference to "par fournisseur", might this be a drop shipment?

Drop shipment: Describes arrangement where goods are not shipped by person or organisation receiving the initial order; commonly a dispatch by wholesaler, retailer or agent on advice from manufacturing or marketing company.

Cf. also the following, where "cadence" seems to be used in the same way.

"Dispatch/delivery", même combat (you deliver the good guys and you dispatch the bad guys - in Hollywood anyway).

agree  Lori Cirefice: the idea is that these "cadences" are usually scheduled in advance, try scheduled dispatch or scheduled delivery
