Bus/Financial - Transport / Transportation / Shipping | | French term or phrase: "un mode matriciel" | | Again about the logistics company, which says that it has "fait basculer son schéma organisationnel d'un mode matriciel, reposant sur des business units implantées par régions mondiales, vers une organisation par métiers." I'm not sure how to translate "mode matriciel" or what exactly it entails! Thanks! |
