Haven't really got any time to research this more fully, but could "aggregate" be of any use? I've seen it occasionally used for "cumul", especially for stats, traffic, etc. Aggregate flow control? Maybe some kind soul could look into it :-)

I think that "cumul" here means "exercice simultané" (handling an activity or activities at one time). In other words, there are multiple people working on the the same packaging task at the same time.
