J'effectue une traduction de genre rapport général sur le transport ferroviaire en Europe, Le terme ci dessous ne m'est pas du tout clair, trouvé en contexte ci-dessous::

Richard, sometimes the easiest, most logical translation is the "correct" one. In this case, it would seem to be the accepted EU term.
